This recently constructed 10,000-sq.-ft. facility, located in the Brookhaven Industrial Park in Bellport, NY, is conveniently located near major business centers and international airports. It features the latest equipment and systems designed to handle static-sensitive components and electronic devices used in high-performance military/aerospace applications. This includes:

An advanced decapsulation (DCAP) laboratory to verify the authenticity of raw dies within component chips
Solderability testing equipment that works with virtually all board-level components to determine whether strong electrical connections are being made during soldering
ESD S 20.20:2007-certified workstations (verified by KEMA) to ensure that sensitive electronic components are protected against electro-static discharge (ESD)
X-Ray equipment to verify whether wire bonds are intact, the existence of chip dies, and the uniformity of chip die sizes by lot and date code
High power microscopic inspection (300X) to determine if surfaces have been sanded and remarked, also checking for bruised component leads or non-uniform plating
Resistance-to-Solvent permanency marking tests to authenticate OEM markings, logos and date codes

We recognized the need to become increasingly proactive in our approach to counterfeit detection, so our new facility is equipped with the latest, state-of-the-art counterfeit detection equipment. We have also upgraded our quality management systems and employee education and training programs to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality parts from the surplus and franchise markets.”
